RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
By selecting “Return” from the My Orders tab, you can return an order.
For the majority of the products, you have 2 days after delivery or as specified in the product description to start a return request.
If any of the things you ordered from us are not received by you in good condition, are delivered broken or defectively, or are not exactly what you wanted, you have the option to return them to us.
Please make sure the product and packaging are in the same condition as when they were sent when returning them.
Refund
If the merchandise has been picked up and passed quality control, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours of the return.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it.
Refunds for orders can either be performed instantly in the wallet or within 5 to 7 working days to the same account from which the payment was made.
